In this lesson, learners will use Blockly to create some basic coding functionality within an app to validate a password.

Learning Objectives:

  • All learners will have a basic understanding of how to structure code using blocks. They will be able to use Blockly actions to create pop-up messages and make use of the app variables.
  • Most learners will be able to create a conditional (“if”) statement and navigate to a new screen using Blockly.
  • Some learners will be able to use conditional logic to navigate based on form variables on a settings screen (e.g. password validation).
