What support is available
A majority of questions can be handled by Searching in the Help Centre.
This is the reason why we would almost always point questions to an article in the FAQ Section.
Apart from email support, EDU accounts have access to phone support, video conference and even Screen sharing demonstrations.
There is no topic we do not cover in our endeavour to make sure EDU admins are equipped to deal with day to day running of their school’s EDU account. Admittedly, some topics will need time or even further research to answer satisfactorily.
Whether you have a question relating to the app building platform, or how to best present a topic within a lesson to even aligning an existing lesson plan with the AppShed platform; we make our best attempt to ensure your class benefits from the EDU account.
